Location: Encinitas, CA (Full Time M-F 9-5)

Duties include:

Process and ship online orders
Process returns and exchanges
Maintain organization of the warehouse, including organization of the products and shelves
Restock products
Assist customer service department

Territory Sales Representative

Position Summary:
The focus of this position is to sell Running Skirts apparel and accessories into specialty athletic retail stores. Position must also provide outstanding customer service to these stores. We are looking for highly motivated person who brings solid experience in field sales, flexibility, outstanding customer service skills, and the desire to sell our product. The ideal representative may also carry complementing products which are currently sold to these specialty accounts. Sales Representatives are responsible for a high level of customer service as it relates to product sell in and sell through. Must also provide excellent communication between the retailers, Running Skirts, and sales team.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Ability to establish & develop strong relationships with retailers

Exceed periodical territory sales goals

Sell athletic apparel to retailers and consumers

Represent Running Skirts at race expo’s, athletic events, & retail promotions

Provide outstanding customer service & follow-up for with retailer accounts

Provide product demonstrations to retail customers and their staff at clinics and events

Qualifications:

2+ years experience in field sales

Demonstrated experience & knowlege selling performance apparel in the outdoor & specialty industry

Ability to travel

Ability to work occasional weekends

Ability to work independently

Proven effectiveness in obtaining results

Solid computer experience with applications Word, Excel & internet

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

Excellent verbal & written communication skills

Excellent presentation skills

Business forecasting & merchandising skills

B.A. or B.S degree or equivalent experience preferred
