With social distancing and stay at home mandates in place, we've all had to change up our training regimens and weekly running mileage. What are you all doing to stay fit while indoors?
Here are a few of our favorite resources for boredom-free at home workouts and fitness apps:
1. Spartan #BeUnbreakable - Follow the hashtag on instagram and see what Spartan Professionals are doing to train and stay fit currently. There is also an option to subscribe for daily workouts, etc. (see example below) Spartan always keeps it upbeat, motivating and fun with daily challenges like their "home obstacle course" and #spartanvirtualracing where you can see spartan world champion and other pro team members creating their own at-home ocr races.
2. Peloton - You may not realize that you DON'T HAVE TO OWN a Peloton bike to participate! Peloton has a great app with guided running, cycling, strength, yoga, meditation, stretching, bootcamp, walking and cardio classes you can to in the privacy of your own home. The app costs $12.99 a month for unlimited classes!
3. F45 Challenge - It's an app you can download and get daily directed 45 minute body weight and strength workouts. Workout includes, individual exercise video demonstration, music and motivation to get you through it. We promise you'll push yourself and break a sweat! Note: You do need to join a local F45 studio (cost $49 week)
