We'd like to take a minute to thank you all for your continued support of our small business during these times. Our thoughts and prayers go out to those that may be out of work, losing business or battling this virus.
With the cancellation of most major marathons and running events it's common to feel a little unmotivated or depressed with not having a defined race or goal in sight. This is a great time to reset and work on the fundamentals like stretching, strengthening, mobility and core. Maybe you've had a nagging injury on the rise....we've all got something. Consider this a chance to heal, rebuild and recharge for your next big event whenever it may be! Remember RUNNING ISN'T CLOSED! Get outside every day if you can!
